Since 2012, we have been majority or lead investor in 8 companies, as well as [ 9 ] minority equity and credit investments. PolyCap is located in Princeton, NJ, and Miami, FL.

Focus & Approach:
We focus on lower middle market companies in a variety of industries. We will acquire some or all of the equity, as well as acquire a company’s debt. Typically, our opportunities have some level of under-performance and require various degrees of restructuring. We are creative in our approach to every transaction, and never will apply a ‘play book’ approach to the transaction.
Our transactions have included public-to-private, UCC Article 9, corporate carve-outs, §363 bankruptcy auctions, debt purchase, and credit origination. We will operate under an expedited timeline
in order to meet a seller’s needs.
Our investments are businesses that have lost money, and likely will be liquidated. We provide speed and quality of execution in transactions – never price.
