ABOUT POLYCAP

PolyCap focuses on special situation opportunities, targeting complex transactions that offer large price-to-value dislocations. We are both equity and credit investors, experienced in a variety of industries. Since 2012, we have been majority or lead investor in 8 companies, as well as 9 minority equity and credit investments. PolyCap is located in Princeton, NJ.

Focus & Approach

We focus on lower-middle market companies in a variety of industries. We will acquire some or all the equity, as well as acquire a company’s debt. Typically, our opportunities have some level of under-performance and require various degrees of restructuring.

We are creative in our approach to every transaction, and never will apply a ‘play book’ approach to the transaction.
